JM-EF:
A high quality, quick setting, easy sanding epoxy filler. used for small jobs. Easy 1:1 mix. White or grey in colour. Available in 4 Ltr and 20 Ltr kits.
JM100:
A very thin, very clear, and very high quality epoxy resin. It's 100% epoxy resin without solvents or fillers. It is used for sealing, laminating and casting. It has a good working time and is excellent for use with modern thick multi axial fabrics to get very high fibre resin ratios. It requires a slightly different technique than normal resins when doing vertical surfaces. This resin is hydrophilic "ie" it is moisture tolerant, and highly bloom resistant. It will even set under water in most cases. It is also highly resistant to UV rays, not like normal epoxy resins. Available with medium and slow hardeners. Not having an amine hardener or cut with phenol, this resin is far less toxic thJM50L: A high quality epoxy glue, honey consistency, 1:1 mix. Available in 4 Ltr and 20 Ltr kits.
JM50G:
Same as above, but in gel form. A very strong, and most popular glue. easy to use 1:1 mix. Available in 4 Ltr and 20 Ltr Kits.an normal epoxy resins. This resin is very hard and tough. If you are after a 'rubbery' resin, this is not for you. This resin is a 3:1 mix ratio. Available in 4 Ltr, 20 Ltr (22 Kg) and 255 Kg kit.
JM120: This is a VERY HIGH QUALITY and very tough resin. It is a 100% epoxy resin without solventsor fillers. Similar to the JM100 resin, but slightly thicker and not as clear. It is also faster setting. Being thicker it is a little harder to wet out thick fabrics but is easier to use on vertical surfaces. Like the JM100 it is highly moisture tolerant and very UV resistant. This is our most popular laminating resin. the down side of the 100 resins is because they don't contain oil, fillers or solvents, they are more 'draggy' and bog made from them is not as creamy or user friendly. However adding a small amount of metho to the resin mix or MEK to the bog mixwill give it better working propertieswhile maintaining the resins excellent properties and the UV resistance. JM200:
A high quality epoxy general purpose resin. It is softer than the 100 series resins and has about half the resistance to bloom and UV as th 100 series but still much better than the amine system. It has better 'flowing' properties than the 100 series and makes a more user friendly bog. It has a 2:1 mix ratio. Available in 5Ltr and 25 Ltr kits.
JM300:
A general purpose epoxy resin. It is an amine based systemand is very similar to the common epoxy resins on the market. Like the other amine based resins it suffers from amine bloom in moist enviroments, and it has poor UV resistance. Like other amine systems it needs to be prime coated soon after curing to reduce UV degrading. However one advantage of this type of resin is its better flowing properties. It makes an easy to use but UV degraded bog. This resin has a 4:1 mix ratio. Available in 5Ltr and 25Ltr kits.
JM-ECB:
A concentrated combination of powerful biocides with wide anti fungal and anti algal properties. It is added at the rate of 10ml to 20ml to one litre of mixed resin. If added to the resin when sealing or sheathing wood products it providesprotection against surface mould and dry rot. If added to a copper epoxy mix it provides a degree of resistance against grass and weed. Available in 500ml or 1 ltr amounts.
JM-NSF:
A very fine Macadamia nutshell flower. It is mixed with epoxy resin to make a very hard and tough structural bog. It can be mixed with other bogs to vary the properties. EG to make Micro baloons cheaper or Q'Cells stronger, Available in 25Kg bags.
JM-MS:
Industrial Methylated Spirits (Ethyl Alcohol) 94% to 96% alcohol. Available in 20 Ltr lots.
